Strängnäs Fastighets AB and Strängnäs Bostads AB are wholly owned subsidiaries of Strängnäs municipality with a total portfolio of approximately 288,000 sqm of premises and housing. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The work primarily consists of the maintenance and upkeep of the outdoor environments at both Strängnäs Fastighets AB and Strängnäs Bostads AB, such as weeding, hedge trimming, lawn mowing, trimming, cleaning, etc. There will also be supervisory work in environmental houses, basements, and laundry rooms, as well as repair and maintenance work on outdoor equipment. The properties should convey a well-kept and inviting impression. Clean, neat, and safe.

QUALIFICATIONS

Your background/experience:

• Previous experience in green space maintenance and/or education in the field is advantageous.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Manual B driver's license.
